    Google’s Pixel Phone and hardware event

    Google‘s big hardware and 4-pixel event are on 4th October and it is expected to unveil a ton of new hardware including its latest Pixel Smartphone that is now replacing the Nexus lineup of devices. It is reported, that both the devices are manufactured by HTC but with the brand of Google, so they are expected to have premium finishes and materials. On the basis of leaked images, we can say the both Pixel and Pixel XL are looking similar to iPhone.

    Pixel and Pixel XL

    Google Pixel and Pixel XL devices are the two biggest secrets of Google till now. Both Pixel Xl and Pixel will have smaller specs with the display of 5-inch and the larger XL will have a screen of 5.5 inches. Both Pixel and Pixel XL will include 4GB of RAM to power the apps and OS, Snapdragon 821 processor from Qualcomm and a full 1080p HD screen on the Pixel along with 2K or 2560 x 1440 on the XL. Both will have fingerprint scanners for access security and 12-megapixel cameras.

    Google Home

    Alexa device has already become the gold and most demanding device of this year in terms of home voice assistants. So Google is expected to tell something new about this device too in the event. Google Home is a speaker with air-freshener-esque aesthetic along with Google assistant to take commands and field queries. Google Home is expected to cost around $129 and this Bluetooth-enabled device has some additional advantages too as it is a cast-ready device and it ties to your Google account.

    Chromecast Ultra

    Google Chromcast Ultra is expected to support HDR and 4K video streaming. It’s reported price tag is $69 which is a bit more expensive than the earlier Chromecast but it will also give the ultra higher-end capabilities. 

    Daydream VR

    Google has revealed that its latest VR platform that is Daydream VR is built into Nougat for the devices that can support it. The main thing about Daydream is it a controller for the VR experience and hardware headsets. According to the reports, Google is developing a VR headset that will not require a computer or phone to power it.

    Google Wi-Fi

    Google may also introduce its new $129 Wi-Fi router in this event that is designed for the whole-home coverage. This Google Wi-Fi will have the ability to pair up with other devices to form simply to use, flexible and configure an extended network.
