It was on January 8 when Stephen Hawking has celebrated his 74th birthday on this planet. There are very few people who emerge from the fields of theoretical physics and cosmology for the sort of name recognition which is almost equal to that of an actor or celebrity athlete.
All this had certainly happened with Stephen Hawking. He is undergoing with a crippling disease named “Lou Gehrig’s” that was supposed to have been killed him 40 years ago. But very luckily he has his breath till now and the facts about him that made him an otherworldly scientist.
He is one of the brightest and most recognizable minds in the fields of astrophysics. Many people are unaware of him but there are also few details that many haven’t heard till now.
Despite his success in life, his grades in his school life were poor, he claimed that he wasn’t able to learn until the age of 8 years, with lots of efforts he became an average standing in middle school.
According to his biography which was stated by his peers and teachers sensed a great potential in Stephen Hawking. Hawking built a computer when he was a teenager along with his friends, he has demonstrated the capacity for grasping issues of time and space.
Due to his self- confidence and brash nature, he earned a nickname “Einstein”. He was suffering from a disease from the age of 21- it was a condition that has caused his muscular nerves to degenerate.
Though his condition was serious, he started controlling his communication device with the movements of his cheek muscles. Stephen has also received a Nobel Prize for his book work. “A Brief History Of Time”.
And lastly, in 2009 Stephen Hawking threw a very strange party for all the people including whom he’d never met before. But he had only sent invitations after the party was over.
