TWITTERTwitter now adds a special button to tweets on Android and iOS which will allow you to share the tweets within a group or to a related person with the help of direct messages. Until now, if you wanted share, you have to click on the ellipsis icon or had to long press on the tweet and then choose “share via direct message.” but now you can directly click on the envelope icon which appears underneath a tweet. Then just select a group or a person to whom you want to send to. From there, just add a comment and then hit send.

This new feature is quite similar to those of the Pinterest. As per the Twitter, the number of DMs grew 60 percent in 2015 because people used love to talk with each other. However, the company did not disclose the exact number of messages sent, because it’s way less than Facebook. This special move came will work as an acknowledgement and help to have one-to-one connections to the users.

This feature will enhance the number of direct messages and the number of tweets shared privately. Thus, with just a few taps–you can easily share unique Twitter content from your timeline directly to your private conversation.

Although Twitter has gradually enhanced its direct messaging option, and helping people to add animated snippets referred to as GIFs or emotion-capturing symbols called ’emojis but with the assistance of this new add button, help the twitter to have a more number of users than earlier. Although it’s a minor move, compared to when Twitter swapped out the star for the heart, but it’s important.
