    Pakistani Hackers Behind IRS Website .. Read The Whole Story!!

    Indian hackers have joined forces in order to attack Pakistani websites to avenge the terror attack.

    The hackers have hacked over 20 websites including the Government sites.

    Cyber crime experts claim that several groups of hacking from India are together working to carry out a mass defacement operation on Pakistani websites.

    According to the Indian Revenue Service (IRS):-

    1. Indian websites are more prone to Pakistan-based hackers and the rivalry between India-Pakistan has spilled over into the cyberspace.
    1. Even the state has sponsored attacks with popular Indian websites which are more prone to such strikes during events like cricket matches and Independence day.
    1. Indian Revenue Service section tasked with collecting revenue through direct and indirect taxes for the governance, security and development.
    1. This is not the first time a Pakistani-based group hacked into Indian websites, even Srirangam temple’s website and also the Kerala government fell victim to Pakistani hackers in the year 2015.
    1. The main objective is to public embarrassment of analyzing patterns around several events of cyber-attacks like 26/11, cricket matches, Independence day.
    1. The future reports suggest that cyber activities between India and Pakistan that are ranging from institutions to coordinate more on state-sponsored attacks and affiliated hacktivist groups defacing symbols.
    1. There are few nationalistic hacker groups like “Hacktivist: India vs Pakistan”, Nagraj Seshadri co-author of the report told that the information is based on the public extraction.
    1. If there is a big event, big anniversary in the geopolitical context, it is most important to be vigilant on the cyber context and be well prepared when it comes to the matter of websites.
    1. Independence day which is celebrated on August 15 respectively creates a pattern predictable of attacks and started striking the opposing hacker groups since the last few years.
