During a keynote speech at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) which was held in Las Vegas, Brian Krzanich showed off a minuscule computer with dubbed curie demo module.

Curie is signed to build wearable devices of all kinds that the hardware makers are eagerly waiting for. They work to create different kinds of smart glasses that have been pioneered by Google and military contractors, with its Glass eyewear.

Brian had also told that these partners will take the technology to the next level which is completely new to the consumers. These sunglasses also point out to many existing smart glasses and smartwatches.

The new device includes motion sensors and also Bluetooth low energy radio with certain components designed rapidly that differentiates different types of physical activity. Curie will run on a coin size battery with an extended period of time and would be available in the second half of the year.

This technology can be beautifully compressed into a pair of sunglasses, told by Oakley chief executive Colin Baden during his speech.

Intel has many advantages with its new smart glasses which were a major theme at the Consumer Electronics Show. It has even announced Curie Chip a smaller version of its internet of things processor Edison.
