We all know that both Google and Apple have launched their latest messaging apps with some new innovative and creative features. Google Allo provides many new features such as the Google Assistant, In-message searches, Automatic response, picture recognition, and selective end-to-end encryption, text formatting and more advanced features. On the other hand, Google iMesaages incorporates many innovative features like new notes feature, new mail feature, ability to edit live photos, ability to doodle on your photos, new calendar app feature, lyrics in the music app, favorites mix, one ‘for you’ section and much more. Most of the Apple users and non-users worldwide are impressed with all the iMessages features. Apple also announced a most anticipated messaging app that can make the users forget about the iMessages. In an attempt to end the reign of Apple, Google has introduced its latest innovative app known as Allo. Google Allo is a very smart artificial intelligence-centric chat app that offers features to enhance our messaging process.

    Apple iMessages can win twice

As we all know that iMessage is available only on iPhone, so it is a great advantage for Apple as it will compel people to move to iPhone from Android. Moreover, Apple owns the thirty percent sale of iMeassge app sold and all the sticker packs.

    Google needs to stay relevant

The reason behind why Google bothers with Android is that it wants to make sure that its search engine stays more relevant as computing moves more to the tablets and Smartphones. Google currently needs a competitive play across the devices as the whole app community is now moving toward messaging.

The third major player in the messaging world is Facebook that offers both Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. Both these work across platforms and now Facebook is also investing heavily in various interactive tools and bots too. As a result of which, Facebook is going to be a very big problem for Google. While Apple iMessage is in full demand in the market, the Google Allo is still had a long way to go as people are not able to decide that whether Google Allo assistant is truly useful or not.
