Skype users worldwide can now invite and join a Skype chat by simply sharing a link that would be a guest login for users.
Skype being the most successful tools in connecting people all around the world has also started instant messaging with the development team, it has become a basic tool for the communication of people.
Earlier, Skype does not allow users to save the output and print the required communication stream.
There are ways so that you can get your saved conversations, a quick tip can be used to save the Skype conversations. Here are the tips:
- After completion of your Skype chat session, just you need to right click on the messages in the conversation box and choose select all from the drop down menu.
- After you have done selecting the messages, right-click on the message and choose copy selection from the drop down menu.
- Note that, you should not select the option copy message which will copy only single message in the conversation. Remember to select Copy selection.
- Next immediately, open notepad wherein you need to create a new document. You can also do it in a new Microsoft word document.
- In the empty document, you need to right-click anywhere in the page and select the paste option from the drop down menu.
- The contents of your conversation, which means the whole conversation including the name of the sender and also the time stamp is pasted into your new documented which you have created earlier.
- Now, choose file option, select print or file and save the entire conversation by any name which you have copied and pasted. This is all done for a Skype conversation to be saved and printed.
Skype hasn’t provided that efficient way to save the chat conversations but it has given the ability in the app which is again a solid workout that works every now and then.
