    The E-mail Marketing Industry Census report reveals that role of E- mail marketing in on top regarding increase in Return on Investment. The second marketing initiative that contributes to ROI is the SEO. The report has basically examined the trends followed by the E-mail Marketers in the last 10 years.

    The results were concluded by the 10th E-mail Marketing Industry’s Census report in collaboration with Adestra. The report evaluated insights from more than 1100 online marketers. The data obtained from them was of the months of February and March. More than 73 % respondents told that E-mail marketing has done more good to yield better Return on Investment than Search Engine Optimization. The boost is seen 66% more from previous year.

     

    Results Yielded from the E-mail Marketing Campaign

    E- Mail Marketers have reported a good increase in their performance. It was 37 % in 2013 and increased to 49 % in 2016. Almost more than half of the e-mail marketers seemed to be satisfied with their performance. In previous year only 41% said their performance to be excellent while in this year the number rose to 56%.

    Report shows that average sale proportion which is because of e-mail marketing is more than 23%. This is again a figure that readily boosts ROI. Still, companies are not spending much of their budget on e-mail marketing. In the year 2012 budget spent on e-mail marketing was only 10%. This has increased in 2016 to 15%.

     

    Prospects of E-Mail Marketing

    The report highlights the fact that e-mail marketing is capable of doing more good. The companies who spend eight times more on e- mail marketing are more likely to see an enhance of 50% is sales. Off course, this excess can be attributed to e-mail marketing. Further, more fruitful results can be done while making internet marketing more targeted and increasing the market segmentation.
