Lenovo is all set to launch its new Smartphone Z2 plus in India this Thursday. The launch event of Z2 will hold in New Delhi on 22 September at 11:30 am IST. Lenovo Z2 will launch in two variants, one with 64GB of internal storage and 4GB of RAM of inbuilt storage and another with 3GB of Ram with 32GB of inbuilt storage. It is powered by quad-core Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820 processor. The Z2 plus is reported to feature a 5-inch full HD full display with 1920x 1080 pixels resolution. At the back, the rear shooter that is the primary camera on the phone is of 13-megapixels with Led flash, f/2.2 aperture, electronic image stabilization and phase-detection autofocus. On the front that is the secondary camera is an 8-megapixel camera with a wide f/2.0 aperture. Other sensors on the device include an accelerometer, compass, proximity sensor, fingerprint sensor, accelerometer, and gyro.
This device is powered by 3500 mAh battery along with Quick charge 3.0. This Smartphone runs Android Marshmallow under Lenovo’s 3.0. Connectivity of VoLTE, GPS, USB type-C slot, Bluetooth v4.1 and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/AC are also provided in Lenovo Z2 plus. Lenovo Z2 has the measurement of 8.45mm thickness and 149 gms of weight. The price of Lenovo Z2 is not yet released and it will remain suspense on Sep 22nd. So we’ll have to wait till Sep 22 for buying the device. As this device has so much powerful specification, so it is most probably going to be the most powerful phone that Lenovo has launched so far. The good news for Indian consumers is that Lenovo Z2 will come to India only after few months of its launch as a contrast to its previous version Z1 that came to India after one year of its global launch. Though the Android’s latest version has been launched but still Lenovo Z2 is coming with its previous version that is Marshmallow. Though we don’t know the exact price of Lenovo Z2 but still it is expected that it will cost around $270 dollar in China and in India it will be cost somewhere close to Rs 20,000 that will make it the cheapest phone available under Snapdragon 820. According to the reports, the Z2 device is made with the materials that are stronger and lighter than metal. It is also believed that Lenovo Z2 is built with internal heat conduction technology that keeps the phone from overheating. It is also incorporate U-health app that will keep track of your fitness metrics like distant walked, calories burnt, step taken and the likes.
