Today, Tablets and Smartphones have the way to access a tremendous amount of information on their phones.

Users and publishers use the mobile web in order to reach out the readers, but that experience can often leave you desired.

Each time when a web page takes time to load, they lose a reader and the opportunity to earn through advertising. The reason is because advertisers on these websites get consumers to pay more attention to their ads when the page starts loading slow. Therefore, people start to abandon them.

After several discussion with the technology companies and publishers around the world, Google has announced a new source initiative known as Accelerated Mobile Pages.

It aims at improving the performance of the mobile web. Google needs web pages with rich content like animations to the web, graphics to work with smart ads, videos and also to load instantaneously.

The code that Google prefers for these mobile pages should also have access across multiple platforms so that the content that appears instantly without any errors despite the type of device you are using.

The open framework built for the existing web technologies, allows websites to build web-pages that are of lightweight.

Google products will also integrate AMP HTML pages wherein nearly 30 publishers are taking a part of it from all around the world.

In the upcoming few months we’ll work with other participants in the project to build more features and functionality focused on some of the key areas:

Advertising- Ads help fund services on the web. With a AMP, we offer a comprehensive range of ad networks, ad formats.

Distribution- We are designing a new approach that allows publishers to continue to host their content free of charge.
